Remote Partner Quality Specialist I

Join our team at Pathward, a hybrid remote-office company dedicated to growing talent anywhere! We're seeking a Partner Quality Specialist I to work with internal and external partners on reviewing marketing materials for compliance and supporting successful program implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
• 1+ year of prepaid experience desired

Responsibilities

• Reviews marketing materials against work papers to ensure quality and adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines
• Answers incoming Partner calls, emails, and correspondence with the Networks, and internal departments and attends regularly scheduled Partner & internal team meetings
• Submits issues for resolution to appropriate departments
• Facilitates, drives, and completes department specific program implementation tasks
• Trains Partners on and monitors their use of the marketing submission portal
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Conducts ongoing quality reviews of Partner marketing materials
• Remediates applicable Compliance Review findings
• Meets and maintains all Service Level Agreements as defined by department criteria
• Meets and maintains acceptable Quality Review scores as defined by department criteria
• Participates in enterprise projects relating to existing Partner assignments
• Performs other duties as assigned
