Partner Relations Manager

Summary

Join Boku Inc., a leading global provider of mobile-first payment solutions, as a Partner Relations Manager in Malaysia/Indonesia. Manage relationships with payment providers and mobile carriers in the APAC region. Monitor KPIs, participate in optimization programs, and support business development. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to launch and support merchants. Prepare business reviews and occasional travel may be required. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Equivalent experience (5+ years), ideally in payments/fintech/e-commerce/banking or relevant B2B background, with proven ability to upsell
• Relevant experience supporting technical partnerships and/or integrations
• Business proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Indonesia
• Good communicator – must enjoy working with community of internal stakeholders and external business partners
• Strong presentations skills and analytical skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day partner relationships for the region
• Monitor and follow up on pending issues and recommend appropriate actions
• Analyze and monitor specific KPIs related to the issuer connections and merchants’ activity
• Participate in optimization program of issuer connections (customer success)
• Support business development in the pre-sales phase, working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance and Finance departments
• Collaborate with partners and internal team to launch and support merchants in the region
• Prepare periodical business reviews
• Occasional business travel may be required to support company initiatives and attend meetings or events as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Mandarin and/or Cantonese Chinese
• Experience with BI (e.g. Tableau) and JIRA
