Summary
Join Databricks as the Consulting & SI Partner Sales Enablement Manager and develop, implement, and continuously improve the global sales enablement strategy and learning portfolio for Consulting and System Integrator (SI) partners. Ensure partners have the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to identify opportunities and uncover new use cases. Lead the strategy and execution of global partner enablement programs, driving measurable business outcomes. Develop a comprehensive global sales enablement strategy aligned with Databricks’ priorities and partner needs. Design, curate, and oversee a world-class learning portfolio, leveraging AI tools to automate content creation and delivery. Partner closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and use data-driven insights to refine strategies. Act as the voice of Consulting and SI partners within the L&E organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in partner enablement, sales enablement, or learning and development, within a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record in designing and delivering global enablement programs at scale
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of data and AI
- Strong understanding of how SI partners operate
- Expertise in enablement strategy and program management
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience leveraging AI and digital tools to scale enablement
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for Data and AI

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, global sales enablement strategy for Consulting and SI partners, aligned with Databricks’ GTM priorities and partner needs
- Continuously assess and prioritize enablement initiatives to support partner business growth and customer success
- Design, curate, and oversee a world-class learning portfolio, including instructor-led training, eLearning, and sales assets for customer facing sales/presales personas at SI partners
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate content creation, delivery, and assessment, enabling scalable and personalized learning experiences
- Partner closely with field enablement, marketing and partner teams to align enablement programs with business priorities and partner requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders, ensuring enablement initiatives drive measurable business impact
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and accelerate partner readiness and sales performance
- Act as the voice of Consulting and SI partners within the L&E org, gathering feedback and advocating for partner needs
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Databricks’ partner enablement vision and roadmap
