Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, or related role
- Ability to operate with a high degree of independence to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, build partnership strategy, assess market opportunity / competitive landscape, and develop financial / business models
- Consistent track record of building high trust relationships and driving consensus internally across product, marketing, legal, finance, sales and more; proficiency leading discussions about complex business decisions with executive leadership
- Experience in with negotiating complex legal agreements with large, strategic partners
- Ability to act as a creative, strategic problem solver, proactively seeking opportunities to positively impact the business
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other relevant tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy aligned with the organizationโs goals
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and evaluate their fit with organizational priorities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships, including technology partners, data partners, system integrators, and industry influencers
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction and performance
- Drive revenue growth and other measurable outcomes through successful partnerships
