Requirements

  • 4+ years of tech-related sales, customer success or partnerships experience
  • 2+ years experience developing and scaling partnerships and consistently delivering strong adoption and revenue growth
  • A passion for partner ecosystems and proven hustle to get things done
  • Exceptional relationship management, collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little (to none) guidance or supervision - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and quickly adapt as environment changes

Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Retention Through Partner Collaboration
  • Create short-term and long-term roadmap and vision for retention partner ecosystem that is guided by the goal of enhancing adoption and G2’s overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with G2 Solutions & Success team and partners to drive adoption of integrated solutions, significantly increasing the likelihood of customer renewal and retention
  • Proactively identify and address barriers to adoption, delivering creative solutions that enhance the value of partner integrations for customers
  • Develop and implement joint success plans with partners to align on goals that drive customer retention and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize program impact and provide regular updates to leadership on adoption rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to unlock the power of partner integrations and enhance results for G2, partners, and clients
  • Collaborate with Partner-side Sales, Marketing and Enablement teams to launch joint offers, account mapping, and education on our integration and joint value for customers
  • Work in close alignment with G2 Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring new integrations and enhancements to existing integrations into market and drive adoption
  • Collect and surface customer feedback on integrations and work closely with G2 and Partner Product teams to prioritize the most impactful enhancements
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert on G2’s integration capabilities
  • Build rapport with sales and partners as an expert on G2 and our partner ecosystem
  • Create leverage on the Partnership team by consistently sharing new learnings and industry insights
  • Proactively create new process documentation and training materials as needed
