Summary

Join Spacewell, a leading provider of workplace management solutions, as their Partner Success Manager. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partners, and fostering strong relationships with them. You will be responsible for identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, guiding new partners through onboarding processes, conducting QBRs, responding to inquiries, developing relationships, coaching partners on sales strategies, and working closely with the Sales team to leverage partner programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in partner management, sales, or customer success, a strong partner network, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a track record of exceeding sales targets, familiarity with Salesforce CRM, native Dutch speaking proficiency, and a willingness to travel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in partner management, sales, customer success or a related field
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets through up- and cross-sell
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
  • Native Dutch speaking and proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partner accounts to drive MRR growth
  • Guide new partners through onboarding processes, ensuring they are well-versed in procedures and best practices
  • Conduct QBRs with partners to review past performance, discuss challenges, and plan for future growth
  • Respond to daily inquiries from partners regarding invoices, pricing, and contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Coach partners on sales strategies and best practices to enhance their success and alignment with company goals
  • Work closely with the Sales team to leverage partner programs and drive mutual success

Preferred Qualifications

Strong partner network of System Integrators, IT resellers, and IT distributors preferred
