Summary
Join Easygenerator, an AI-first company revolutionizing e-learning, as a Partner Success Manager. You will manage a portfolio of reseller partners, developing and executing tailored engagement strategies to drive adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration. This role requires understanding each reseller’s business model and goals, offering bespoke solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and increased partner success. Strong relationship management, project execution, and navigating complex partnerships are crucial. Success in this role will contribute significantly to Easygenerator's continued expansion.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing reseller partnerships in a SaaS environment is a must
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive complex initiatives forward
- A relationship-driven mindset, with a passion for engaging and enabling partners to achieve success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, problem-solving approach, with a knack for identifying opportunities and executing solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting to new challenges and business needs
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of reseller partners, working closely with them to ensure long-term success
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to help partners drive adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration
- Understand each reseller’s business model and goals, offering bespoke solutions that align Easygenerator’s capabilities with their needs
- Act as a strategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and increased partner success
- Facilitate regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning sessions to maintain strong, high-value relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure partners receive the necessary tools, resources, and insights
- Serve as the voice of the partner, advocating for their needs and helping shape Easygenerator’s reseller enablement strategy
