Summary
Join Restaurant365 as a Senior Director of Partner Success Management and lead the success and growth of our partner ecosystem. You will develop and scale a partner success strategy, maximizing mutual value for partners and the business. This role involves building and leading the partner success strategy, driving partner outcomes and retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will establish metrics and dashboards to monitor partner performance and lead and grow a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer success, channel/partner management, and leadership roles within a B2B SaaS environment. Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Channel/Partner Management, or Post-Sales roles in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- 7+ years in a leadership role managing partner-facing or customer-facing teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS partner models (resellers, referral, service delivery, and alliances)
- Proven success driving outcomes and retention through scalable partner success programs
- Experience building and managing partner enablement programs
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to engage with C-level partner stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Superior networking and influencing skills
- Experience with CRM and partner tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam)
- Experience launching or scaling a partner success function at a high-growth SaaS company
- Familiarity with partner segmentation strategies and partner lifecycle frameworks
Responsibilities
- Build and Lead the Partner Success Strategy: Define and execute a scalable partner success framework focused on onboarding, enablement, adoption, and retention for referral, reseller, and implementation partners
- Drive Partner Outcomes & Retention: Ensure partners achieve their desired outcomes and remain aligned with our business through proactive engagement, success planning, and performance reviews
- Partner Enablement & Growth: Collaborate with enablement and marketing teams to develop playbooks, training, and content aligned to the partner strategy and that drive partner capabilities, satisfaction, business growth and customer satisfaction
- Operational Excellence & Scale: Establish metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops to continuously monitor partner performance, sales impact, satisfaction (e.g., pNPS), and service quality
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to advocate for partner needs, influence roadmap priorities, and align strategies that drive ecosystem success
- Team Leadership: Lead and grow a high-performing Partner Success team. Provide coaching, performance management, and career development support
