Summary

Join Torq, a rapidly growing cybersecurity company, as a Solutions Architect on our Managed Partner team. You will design and implement hyperautomation solutions enhancing cybersecurity capabilities for our clients. This role requires strong automation and cybersecurity expertise, including experience with SOAR technologies and scripting. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to ensure successful technology adoption and integration. The position is remote. We are seeking a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to help us deliver robust, secure automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on automation and cybersecurity
  • Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) technologies
  • Strong scripting and development skills (e.g., Python, Bash , Powershell)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies (e.g., EDR , SIEM , SOAR , XDR , etc) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of hyperautomation solutions that enhance cybersecurity capabilities. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with our best practices
  • Technology adoption and expansion: Work closely with our clients to enable their successful adoption or Torq and seek opportunities for expansion
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to our customers, partners, and internal teams around SOC, automation, and case management best practices
  • Internal Teams Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Support, Sales, and others towards helping our customers to have the best experience with our product
  • Technology Integration: Integrate third-party technology partners to accomplish customer use cases. This includes incorporating various technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability, and addressing cybersecurity measures such as threat detection, response mechanisms, and regulatory compliance
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in both automation and cybersecurity fields. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance solution offerings

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) providers, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a significant plus
