Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within fintech, banking, NBFCs, or financial services
- Strong connections in the lending ecosystem, especially with DSAs, aggregators, loan aggregators and fintech players
- Proven ability to negotiate and structure high-impact partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to execution, with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Partnerships Strategy: Identify, onboard, and manage partners such as DSAs, loan aggregators, fintech platforms, and other financial institutions to drive loan disbursement growth
- Pipeline Management: Build a strong pipeline of potential partners and ensure smooth onboarding and activation processes
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, optimizing partnerships for maximum efficiency and ROI
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, risk, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
- Compliance & Relationship Management: Ensure all partnerships comply with regulatory guidelines and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the fintech and lending space
