Summary

Join CapTech as a Partnerships Manager and act as the primary point of contact for key technology partners like Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake. You will be responsible for managing technical certifications and training to maintain partnership status, overseeing sandbox environments for internal training, and managing CSAT scores. Additional duties include managing lead and opportunity entry into partner portals, securing partner funding for client initiatives, and acting as a liaison between CapTech IT and the practitioner community. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in partnerships management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience working with Partnerships, such as AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, Databricks and/or Snowflake
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders and business decision makers
  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented in spite of obstacles; ability to balance important versus urgent work to achieve long-term results

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Point of Contact for partnerships (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake), maintain relationships with partner reps across industries
  • Manage the technical certifications / training to maintain and elevate our partnership status
  • Manage the sandbox environment setup for all internal training needs
  • Manage the CSAT scores / entry required for partnerships
  • Manage the leads / opportunity entry into partner portals
  • Manage and maintain the process to get partner funding for client initiatives (MAP, ECIF)
  • Acts a liaison between CapTech IT and our practitioner community with technical support from the partners
