Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, affiliate business, or sales—someone who knows how to communicate and drive value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in any additional language is a big plus
• Solid interest in digital marketing and a basic understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing—principles, performance metrics, and industry trends
• Positive, proactive mindset and a professional approach to building and managing relationships
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills—you know how to keep things moving
• Sharp attention to detail and a natural drive for operational excellence
• Curious, growth-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Based in Lithuania

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot tracking, reporting, and platform access issues to keep partner operations running smoothly
• Assist partners with payment-related questions and ensure timely, clear communication
• Provide partners with the assets and promotional materials they need to succeed
• Generate billing invoices and coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and on-time processing
• Review partner applications and help identify high-quality partners that align with our program goals
• Act as the first point of contact for escalations and day-to-day questions from partnerships managers, ensuring fast, reliable support
