Requirements
- Proven experience in a Gaming/Gambling retention role, with expertise in campaign management, lifecycle strategies, offer management, and CRM
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a consultative and solutions-driven approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire confidence and collaboration
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Braze, or similar, and familiarity with reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Build strong, consultative relationships with partners, understanding their retention goals and providing tailored solutions
- Support partners in driving value from their CRM activities and achieving business objectives
- Provide onboarding and training on campaigns, offers, social media activities, and CRM best practices
- Collaborate with partners to optimize retention strategies, leveraging industry insights and proven techniques
- Plan, deliver, and monitor retention campaigns, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and ROI benchmarks are achieved
- Define and track performance benchmarks for player engagement across all communication channels
- Partner with analytics teams to generate actionable insights, optimizing retention efforts for maximum impact
