• Proven experience in a Gaming/Gambling retention role, with expertise in campaign management, lifecycle strategies, offer management, and CRM
• Exceptional client relationship management skills with a consultative and solutions-driven approach
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire confidence and collaboration
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Braze, or similar, and familiarity with reporting tools

• Build strong, consultative relationships with partners, understanding their retention goals and providing tailored solutions
• Support partners in driving value from their CRM activities and achieving business objectives
• Provide onboarding and training on campaigns, offers, social media activities, and CRM best practices
• Collaborate with partners to optimize retention strategies, leveraging industry insights and proven techniques
• Plan, deliver, and monitor retention campaigns, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and ROI benchmarks are achieved
• Define and track performance benchmarks for player engagement across all communication channels
• Partner with analytics teams to generate actionable insights, optimizing retention efforts for maximum impact
