Summary
Join Grow Therapy as a Strategic Partnerships Business Development Associate and contribute to expanding our partnerships and client referrals. You will research and connect with potential partners, develop strong relationships, and contribute to creative strategies for successful partnerships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to test new business development strategies and analyze partnership opportunities. This role requires business development or sales experience in a fast-growing startup, strong communication skills, and healthcare industry familiarity. The salary range is $80,000 - $90,250 USD. Requirements
- Have previous business development or sales experience at a fast-growing startup
- Have strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external teams
- Have experience in or exposure to the healthcare industry, with familiarity of the basic operations between payors, providers, and patients
- Be proficient with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and have worked within a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
- Live in or can commute to NYC
Responsibilities
- Research contacts and priorities at potential partners
- Develop relationships with key referral partners through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and on-site meetings
- Contribute to creative strategies to help finalize partnerships or develop new relationships with partners that are of high value to our organization and mission
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Partnerships team, Growth team, and Recruitment team to test new business development strategies
- Analyze new opportunities for partnerships at Grow and making recommendations on where to invest or prioritize organizational resources
