Requirements

  • 6+ years in employer sales or a channel partnerships role, with some experience in digital health or benefits industry
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree a bonus
  • Strong motivation and a results-oriented mindset to achieve goals
  • Quick learner and self-starter, with an ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment that is often changing
  • Highly collaborative working style and a willingness to reach across lines and partner internally to solve problems and move initiatives forward
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Aptitude to build strong relationships at various levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to prioritize the highest impact work, managing competing priorities and timelines
  • Interested in the healthcare industry and the challenges/complexities of industry transformation
  • Accountability to follow through on expectations; others can count on you to deliver

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and sales efforts with strategic channel partners and actively develop pipeline
  • Optimize processes and develop best practices / playbooks to drive revenue through each channel partner
  • Serve as primary contact for channel partners and foster long-standing, trusting relationships with a range of key stakeholders
  • Lead prospect presentations and product demos, in collaboration with the channel partner or independently
  • Own deals through contracting and efficiently hand off to the client implementation team
  • Coordinate and execute on cross-functional initiatives to support channel growth, including trainings, case studies, webinars, events, playbooks, etc
  • Leverage Salesforce to track and report on channel partnership performance, both internally and externally
  • Manage channel partnership renewals and introduce new upsell / cross-sell opportunities
