Summary
Join Coconut Software as their Partnerships Manager and play a key role in driving company growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships. The role involves various responsibilities including partner engagement, lead generation, partnership development, collaboration, performance monitoring, market intelligence, and reporting. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track partnership performance
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential strategic partners to drive growth and increase revenue
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to each partner’s constituent needs
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, evaluate potential partners, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
- Work closely with internal teams, including the VP of Sales, Account Executives, Account Managers, and the Chief Revenue Officer, to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals
- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, provide regular updates to leadership, and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new partnership opportunities
- Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activity, lead generation results, and partnership growth metrics to leadership
