Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with third-party technology partners
- Negotiate and manage technical and commercial agreements for integrations
- Define the strategy for how third-party integrations will fit into the overall product roadmap and provide value to users
- Develop a clear understanding of customer needs to prioritize integrations that drive user engagement and business impact
- Act as the product owner for integration initiatives, defining requirements, user stories, and success criteria
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integrations
- Work closely with design and product teams to define how integrations will be surfaced to and consumed by users
- Define success metrics to measure the adoption and impact of integrations on user experience and business outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate the value of integrations and support go-to-market strategies
- Provide training and enablement materials for internal teams on newly launched integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, and integration tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing third-party technology partnerships and delivering integrations at scale
- Experience operating in a fast paced start-up environment where you have built and owned programs and processes from beginning to end
