Summary

Join Constructor as their EMEA Partnerships Manager and become a strategic leader in building and expanding their partner ecosystem across EMEA. This role demands identifying, developing, and managing key relationships with SIs, agencies, and ISVs/Tech partners to drive revenue and increase market reach. You will be responsible for enabling successful client deployments, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the company's overall growth through strategic partnerships. Success in this position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of the ecommerce implementation landscape and SI business models. You will work closely with regional sales leadership to define and execute growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and scaling go-to-market strategies with Systems Integrators and ISV partners in EMEA.

Requirements

  • Experience developing, launching, and scaling go-to-market motions with Systems Integrators and ISV partners in EMEA (DACH, Benelux, France, Spain)
  • Experience working with SIs specializing in ecommerce implementations
  • Good network and senior-level contacts within the ecommerce space
  • Prior experience managing executive relationships and driving activation and engagement

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce tech and ISV landscape
  • Identify and execute go-to-market strategies with partners in the region
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to define and execute growth plans
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the ecosystem
  • Identify, develop, and manage key executive relationships to drive successful client implementations
  • Own the onboarding, activation and development of partners
  • Contribute to the company's overall growth by achieving strategic partnership goals, including partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and successful client deployments
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Work effectively across internal teams and lead through influence
