Summary

Join Forethought, a leading AI-native platform for enterprise customer support, as their Partnerships Lead. You will spearhead the partnerships function, developing and managing relationships with private equity firms, CX consultants, BPOs, and technology partners. This role involves sourcing, onboarding, and managing these partnerships to generate sales opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience in partnerships, growth, sales, customer success, or product marketing, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets. Requirements

  • 6-10 years in partnerships, growth, sales, customer success, or product marketing
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Track record of hitting revenue or pipeline targets
  • Comfortable writing decks, outreach emails, and guides from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Source, pitch, and close new partnerships (PE firms, CX consultants / BPOs, technology partners
  • Onboard and enable partners with the scalable collateral, training, processes, and engagement
  • Manage day-to-day partner operations and relationships (deal flow, follow-ups, tracking)
  • Generate partner-sourced sales opportunities for the sales team to close
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and execs to activate partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep personal relationships and experience working with PE firms, BPOs, or CX consultants
  • Background in SaaS, AI, and/or the Customer Experience industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for pipeline reporting
  • Experience with partner management tools like Crossbeam or PartnerStack
