Summary
Join Tide's Partnerships Team in Germany as a Partnerships & Partner Success Executive to contribute to the company's growth by helping close new partnerships and ensuring existing partner success. You will support the Senior Partnership Manager and Global Partnerships Director in daily partnership activities, create assets and contracts, identify and reach out to potential partners, build and nurture relationships, and manage partner onboarding and success. The role also involves ensuring high partner satisfaction, supporting contract preparation and CRM data management, analyzing partnership performance, and collaborating with other teams. Requirements
- Enthusiasm for small businesses and digital financial services
- A proactive mindset and excitement about helping to build something new from the ground up
- Interest in partner relationship management and long-term partner success
- Some practical experience or internships in partnerships, sales, customer service, or regulated industries experience
- Well organized and experience in using analytics tools like Looker
- Full professional proficiency in German and English
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing company
- Team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
Responsibilities
- Support the German Senior Partnership Manager and Global Partnerships Director in day-to-day partnership activities
- Help create assets and work closely with Legal to create contracts
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners
- Help build and nurture relationships with partners across various industries
- Take responsibility for supporting partner onboarding, engagement, and success management
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention through clear communication and collaboration
- Support contract preparation, onboarding processes, and CRM data management
- Contribute to analyzing partnership performance and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts and improve partner value
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fintech, payments, or business banking space
- Interest in developing both sales and partner success strategies
- Experience working with CRM tools or in partner/customer success roles
