Summary

Join Sprinter Health as a Patient Engagement Specialist I and be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through at-home healthcare services. You will manage inbound requests, proactively reach out to patients, and build strong relationships to encourage appointment scheduling. This role requires strong communication skills and healthcare experience. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless patient experiences and handle diverse customer situations. Requirements

  • Reside in either Mountain standard time zone or Central standard time zone
  • Have at least 3+ years of healthcare experience conducting outbound calls to patients
  • Possess proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain information to customers
  • Show proven skill managing multiple channels of communication including phone, email, chat, etc

Responsibilities

  • Review and follow up on inbound requests received from existing outreach campaigns
  • Utilize deep prospecting techniques to outreach patients in a personalized and engaging way
  • Use strong communication skills to build trust with prospective patients and caregivers to encourage and motivate them to schedule their appointments
  • Help educate patients on the importance of receiving their ordered services as well as the benefits receiving them in-home with Sprinter Health
  • Build a strong understanding of the care model of each of our partners to support any outstanding questions patients may have
  • Work collaboratively with other representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Escalate questions and concerns to other teams for additional support
  • Perform outbound calling to schedule patients

Have experience working with Zendesk
