Payouts Associate

Summary

Join dLocal as a Payouts Associate and become part of a team responsible for processing payments in various countries, collaborating with banks and partners to optimize payment systems. You will analyze transactions, identify risks, and implement improvements. Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills, systematic, and organized

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze payment instructions in different countries
• Engage daily with banks, payment processors, and clients to ensure the efficiency of the payment systems
• Make a proactive analysis of the transactional flows to detect risk issues and implement improvements
• Reconcile and control the full transactional flow of daily processing
• Interact and collaborate with the different areas of the company. Contact banks and partners to resolve issues and find solutions
