Payouts Associate

Summary

Join our Payouts Operations team as a Payouts Associate and take full responsibility for processing flows in various countries. You will collaborate with banks and partners, improving payment system performance. Daily tasks include processing and analyzing payment instructions, engaging with banks and clients to ensure efficiency, and proactively analyzing transactional flows to identify risks and implement improvements. You will also reconcile and control the full transactional flow of daily processing and work with different company areas to resolve issues and find solutions. The role requires advanced Excel skills, fluency in English, excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and organization. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze payments instructions in different countries
• Engage daily with banks, payments processors, and clients to assure the efficiency of the payments systems
• Make a proactive analysis of the transactional flows in order to detect risk issues and implement improvements
• Reconcile and control the full transactional flow of daily processing
• Interact and work together with the different areas of the company
• Contact banks and partners in the means resolve issues and find solutions
