Requirements
- A bachelorβs Degree in a business curriculum, such as Accounting, Finance, etc., is required
- 2-4 years of previous experience in finance
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Desire to grow and learn tremendously
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, innovative, proactive, thorough, diligent, trustworthy, efficient
- Positive can-do mindset, integrity, and honesty

Responsibilities
- Managing global freelancers and contractors' payouts processes, issuing payments via various methods (bank transfers, PayPal, Payoneer)
- Managing Estonian entities' employees' payroll process (Merit) and payroll tax/ statistical reporting
- Reconciling payroll and payouts-related general ledger accounts (NetSuite, Testlio platform)
- Perform payroll and payouts-related month-end closing activities
- Perform payroll and payouts-related analyses and reporting, assisting in US and EE audits
- Ensuring compliance with state requirements (payroll regulations and best practices), as well as with intracompany agreements, policies, and procedures manuals
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll/ payouts processes' efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborating across teams internally to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate documentation for financial operations and transactions
