You will also generate reports, maintain records, and contribute to year-end reporting. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
  • Progress towards or completion of Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification
  • Demonstrates the ability for accurate and efficient data entry
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn about and engage in international payroll processing
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Review timesheet entries, ensuring accuracy and reporting errors prior to payroll input
  • Input global payroll data and adjustments for both hourly and salaried employees
  • Calculate and enter recurring payroll payments in accordance with internal company policies
  • Support benefits and retirement plan administration tasks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefit inquiries received via the general payroll inbox
  • Generate and distribute monthly forms for invoice payment processing
  • Communicate with managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and invoices
  • Download and maintain payroll reports at the conclusion of each payroll run
  • Generate and issue Records of Employment promptly
  • Provide support for quarterly and year-end payroll reporting across all countries
  • Perform ad hoc payroll and finance-related tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with US payroll, ADP WorkForceNow, and TriNet
