Payroll and Compensation Specialist

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in full cycle global payroll and compensation analysis and benchmarking
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
• Understanding of multi-state laws and taxes, and their impact on financial and statutory reporting
• Familiarity with compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Compensia, Pave, and job evaluation methods
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, meet payroll-related deadlines, and effectively handle high-pressure environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis)
• Must be located in Denver CO area to be considered for role

Responsibilities

• Own and process all payrolls, including biweekly regular payroll, monthly RSU releases, quarterly commissions, and monthly European payroll
• Lead the vendor evaluation for international payroll
• Own payroll-related agency reporting and payroll audits for SOX and external audit
• Assist with pricing new roles and general compensation projects and analysis
• Partner with Finance for payroll audits and reconciliations

Preferred Qualifications

Led or been a key team member of a payroll implementation or vendor assessment

For residents of Denver, CO the annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 + annual bonus
