Summary

Join Feedzai's Finance Team as a Global Payroll Administrator, reporting to the Global Payroll Manager. You will be responsible for administering global payroll across countries, improving internal systems through automation, and developing processes to enhance employee payroll interactions. Your daily tasks will involve processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, collaborating with HR and Finance, strengthening internal controls, and driving system integrations for efficiency and compliance. You will also address employee payroll inquiries and support audits. This role requires a degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in global payroll, proficiency in ADP and Excel, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • 5+ years in similar roles, preferably in Global businesses
  • Strong understanding of Global Payroll administration; experience in EMEA; exposure to APAC and North American payroll administration a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in ADP (or ADP Celergo) and other similar payroll systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems; NetSuite exposure preferred
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong organizational, analytical, teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
  • Passion for fast-paced, multicultural environments; ambitious and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Process, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processes, including data entry/integration, ADP Celergo processing, review of registers and analyze changes
  • Ensure payroll processes are documented and aligned with functional and organizational goals while collaborating with Human Resources and Finance teams
  • Strengthen internal controls and implement payroll policies and procedures
  • Drive integration of payroll, HRIS and benefits systems to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, increase compliance and lower costs
  • Support payroll portion of statutory and tax audits. Assist in the preparation of payroll statutory reporting, ensuring alignment with local frameworks
  • Address payroll-related questions and matters from employees and management in a timely and professional manner. Implement improvements based upon these questions/matters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in APAC and North American payroll administration
  • NetSuite exposure
