Summary

The remote payroll position involves learning advanced usage of various payroll technologies, managing the entire payroll process for assigned clients, processing payroll administration tasks, and assisting with Workers Comp, 401k, and financial audits. A strong desire to excel and work with numbers is required, as well as experience with multi-client payrolls and Excel skills.

Requirements

• Enjoys working with numbers and doesn’t mind the pressure of managing payroll for clients
• Experience working with multi-client payrolls and payroll technologies

Responsibilities

• Learn and become an advanced user of our client’s payroll technologies (ADP Workforce Now, Rippling and/or Paylocity) and SalesForce CRM
• Execute and manage the entire payroll process for your assigned clients while achieving quality of service ratings of 9+ on client surveys
• Accurately and efficiently process various payroll administration tasks such as prorating pay, calculating final pay, multi-state tax withholding, garnishments, and reports requests
• Assist with Workers Comp, 401k, and financial audits as required

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Payroll Accounting experience
• FPC/CPP Certification
