Summary

Join Believe, a global leader in the digital music market, as a Payroll and HR Administrator in the French HR team. You will manage the payroll and HR administration for approximately 250 employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support to colleagues and managers. Responsibilities include managing payroll, handling personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance, proposing process improvements, and providing expert advice. You will collaborate with other team members and contribute to HR projects. The role requires a high level of expertise in payroll, HR administration, and French labor law. Requirements

  • Hold a higher education degree in Human Resources, with approximately 10 years of experience in an equivalent position
  • Ideally, you have worked in several companies with varied, dynamic and demanding environments, particularly in the tech sector
  • You are able to work independently, take initiatives and quickly learn the processes and tools at your disposal
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to adapt
  • You possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and are able to adapt your speech to your different interlocutors and situations
  • You have a perfect mastery of payroll and personnel administration management, as well as office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have an advanced level in Excel (complex functions, pivot tables, and ideally macro/VBA)
  • You have solid knowledge of social and tax law, and ideally master the accounting and financial aspects related to payroll

Responsibilities

  • Manage independently all aspects of payroll (internalized payroll): collecting and entering variable elements, checking payslips and mass controls, managing GTA, processing final settlements, monitoring and resolving DSN anomalies, etc
  • Ensure personnel administration from entry to exit: onboarding, drafting employment contracts and amendments, managing health insurance, updating the HRIS, monitoring probationary periods, managing time and absences, organizing medical visits, monitoring residence permits and work permits, managing contract terminations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations: guarantee the application of legal provisions, collective agreements, company agreements and internal processes; alert and propose solutions in case of regulatory or payroll problems
  • Be proactive and a driver of continuous improvement: take a critical look at your activity and propose improvements to make payroll more reliable and optimize service quality
  • Support employees and managers on a daily basis: answer questions relating to payroll and personnel administration, provide concrete and rapid solutions, analyze each situation from a legal and operational perspective
  • Position yourself as an expert and partner: share your expertise with HR teams (particularly HRBPs) and internal clients on any issues within your scope, anticipate bottlenecks and be proactive with your contacts
  • Produce relevant reports and analyses: provide legal and financial analyses, present data clearly and appropriately, independently search for information necessary to solve problems
  • Participate in communication and training: contribute to the writing of Payroll/ADP communications on the intranet and to the organization of thematic workshops for employees
  • Contribute to HR/Payroll projects: work on other HR missions or projects according to the department's needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mastery of Workday, ADP Decidium and SAP BO/BI tools would be an appreciated plus
  • You have a good command of English, both written and spoken, and are able to interact and participate in meetings in English in an international context
