Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
• Proven experience in data analysis and working with statistical or visualization software
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across organizational levels
• Proficiency in HR software and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees
• Track working hours in Ruddr and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate payment of hours for contractors
• Generate regular reports for internal teams and senior leadership
• Organize and participate in team-building activities to enhance organizational culture
• Work with HR Tech tools for data analysis and reporting
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize activities of Peoplel
• Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports
• Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion
