Summary
Join Infinitas Technology as a Manager Content Operations and contribute to strategic initiatives in content operations, including quality improvement and migration. Lead a team of project managers and content analysts, manage content quality scorecards and roadmaps, and use data to drive informed decisions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring coordination and communication of roadmaps and execution. Contribute to the department's strategy and achieve set goals. This leadership role requires bridging customer needs with actionable insights and services. The position offers flexible working arrangements and can be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, or remotely across Europe.
Requirements
- Master's degree is helpful or an equivalent in working experience
- Deep understanding of the publishing industry, and the issues and opportunities the industry face in areas such as technology, data, and business change
- Be proactive and solution-focused
- Be customer-focussed and able to communicate cross-functionally among multiple internal and external senior stakeholders, explaining complex challenges in appropriate terminology for stakeholders and facilitating change
- Be a servant leader who is able to inspire, motivate and grow individuals as well as teams
- Ability to maneuver effortlessly between strategic, tactical and operational levels
- Be happy to work in a dynamic and agile environment, where we change direction as we learn
- Knowledge of the agile software development process and experience using tools to manage and prioritize work for a software team
- Be a keen listener and collaborator, but who is also resilient and hold their ground to deliver what they think is right
- Be an excellent communicator - both verbally and in writing
- Strong proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Be a compass in guarding the quality of content in our CMS
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth
- Prioritize data requests on content feasibility checks and prioritize projects that have the largest impact on content quality
- Plan content migration programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes. Apply budget, change, risk and resource management principles when needed
- Build and maintain good relationships with key business stakeholders. Keep stakeholders and senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
- Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
- Inspire, guide and help a group of project managers and content analysts thrive
- Contribute to the strategy of the department and ensure you reach the goals that are set
Preferred Qualifications
Native speaker of Dutch, Swedish, Polish or Portuguese
