Join Graphite, a technology-enabled growth agency, as a People Operations Analyst! This full-time, fully remote position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in people operations or employee engagement. You will manage onboarding, handle new hire logistics, track PTO, contribute to HR policy development, and plan team events. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any STEM-related field
- 2+ years in people operations, or employee engagement roles
- Possess an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Experience with HR tools, G-Suite, and Office 365
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets
- Experience in managing and utilizing Slack, Notion, or similar project management and communication platforms
- Ability to consistently carry out manual and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for aiding a geographically distributed team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including sending welcome emails, coordinating manager introductions, and the buddy sessions
- Generate quotes for new hire equipment and coordinate relocation logistics in collaboration with IT
- Ensure all new hire documentation is properly collected, stored, and processed
- Plan and coordinate milestone celebrations, including gifts for weddings, new babies, and anniversary messages
- Organize bonding activities and off-site events, including logistics
- Analyze, track, and oversee paid time off approvals, ensuring updates are shared with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and documentation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the ideation, logistics, and documentation of special projects, such as L&D and people initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with low-level project management, planning and equipment logistics is a plus
