Requirements

• Be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics or anything relevant to the implementation of People Analytics
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have high attention to detail
• Be proficient in Google Suite
• Be highly organized, pay attention to details, and be able to multitask
• Have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders to create items for company-wide surveys
• Build Qualtrics dashboards for succinct and effective visualizations of the survey data
• Analyze survey data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders
• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of programs that impact employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Have Python or R experience
• Have knowledge of survey methodology
