This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team and make a significant impact on the company's culture and success.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of both corporate functions and technical teams in a high-growth or fast-paced environment (required), including experience supporting highly technical teams (e.g., engineering/product) and corporate functions (e.g., finance/legal) with distinct needs
  • You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on partner who can support day-to-day HR operations while influencing higher-level people strategy
  • You have a solid understanding of HR operations and how to contextualize them in tech-forward organizations (e.g., managing in flat hierarchies, asynchronous teams, or remote-first environments)
  • You’ve supported leaders in highly matrixed corporate functions and can help them navigate decision-making, communication, and alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • You’re familiar with the structure of technical organizations (e.g., engineering pods, sprints, roadmaps) and can hold your own in conversations about technical resourcing, velocity, or product delivery
  • You have experience partnering with Engineering and Product Ops teams on people process automation, systems integration, or self-service tooling that enhances employee or manager experience
  • You understand how corporate teams operate—from the forecasting and compliance cadence of Finance and Legal to the dynamic, fast-iterating nature of GTM and Marketing
  • You have demonstrated a deep understanding of technology and corporate cultures and the unique challenges and opportunities that come with supporting engineering, product, and analytics teams
  • You’re comfortable partnering with leaders who may be data-savvy or product-oriented, and you can flex your style to influence analytically driven or risk-sensitive decision-makers
  • You’re experienced in supporting high-change environments—whether that’s re-orgs, system launches, or process redesigns that impact distributed teams across tech and corporate roles
  • You have experience with HR technology systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, and workforce analytics platforms) and enjoy optimizing these systems for efficiency and insight
  • You have experience in coaching and supporting managers and leaders at all levels, helping them become better people leaders and navigate complex employee relations issues
  • You value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have experience driving DEI initiatives and fostering an inclusive work environment
  • You are an effective communicator with the ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the organization
  • You thrive in an environment that requires flexibility and adaptability, as you manage both strategic priorities and immediate operational needs
  • Above all else, you are bright, kind and motivated by challenge

  • Advise on org design challenges, including team structures, leveling frameworks, and career paths that are fit-for-purpose for both high-growth tech and structured corporate environments
  • Translate business strategies into talent plans specific to high-growth, complex functions—such as scaling engineering teams, supporting product roadmaps and enabling Finance and Legal with succession and capability planning
  • Provide operational HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day issues such as employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR system transactions, ensuring smooth operations
  • Support organizational effectiveness initiatives such as role clarity, decision-rights alignment, and team health diagnostics within matrixed or cross-functional teams
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making, monitor trends (e.g., attrition, engagement, promotion velocity), and offer insights tailored to tech and corporate org needs—such as headcount modeling, skills mapping, or compensation benchmarking
  • Support engagement initiatives that improve employee experience and build a culture of innovation and inclusivity across the teams
  • Coach leaders, helping them grow as people managers and aligning team development with company goals
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions by driving change management strategies that maintain employee engagement and support during transformations
  • Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, supporting leaders to foster diverse and inclusive teams and embedding DEI principles in all people practices
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to refine and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent while ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
  • Drive HR operations such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and compliance, ensuring alignment with both business strategy and legal requirements, while utilizing HR systems like Workday and Greenhouse for operational efficiency
