Summary

Join Limble as an Associate People Business Partner and partner with leaders to strategically elevate the People function in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will coach leaders, drive engagement, support change management, and execute on organizational goals. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for employee relations, coaching managers, advising on employee questions, collaborating on engagement initiatives, assisting with People Operations tasks, ensuring compliance, identifying trends for improvement, and shaping a positive company culture. The role requires 4+ years of HR or People Operations experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS organization, experience in employee relations, ability to support remote teams, flexibility, and exceptional communication skills. Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Human Resources or People Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS organization
  • Experience in employee relations, with a track record of managing sensitive issues with care, clarity, and consistency
  • Ability to support remote teams across multiple states
  • Willingness to balance strategic work with administrative or operations tasks as needed
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • A flexible and adaptive mindset, thriving in the ambiguity of a high-growth startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations across the company, working with employees and managers to resolve conflicts, navigate sensitive situations, and foster a positive and equitable employee experience
  • Coach and train managers to build leadership capabilities and ensure consistency in how we lead, support, and grow our teams
  • Advise on a wide range of employee questions, policies, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives related to employee engagement
  • Assist with day-to-day People Operations work as needed, including onboarding and offboarding support, reporting, recruiting, and benefits administration
  • Partner with the Legal and People teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Use data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in order to proactively address issues
  • Help shape and uphold a culture rooted in transparency, inclusion, growth, and accountability
