Summary

You will manage the full spectrum of People Partner responsibilities, from onboarding and performance evaluations to employee engagement and HR systems navigation. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a product company, demonstrating proficiency in HRIS platforms and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • You’re a full-spectrum People Partner. From onboarding and probation to performance, feedback, and exits — you’ve got it covered, and you know how to make it all work for the people and the business
  • You have 4+ years of experience as a People Partner (or in a similar HR/People Ops role)
  • You know what it’s like to work in a product company, and you brought energy to it. You improved processes, tested ideas, and didn’t settle for “just the way it is.”
  • You stay on top of tech trends and use modern tools — including AI — to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • You have experience in a fast-paced product environment
  • You’re proficient in HRIS platforms
  • You’re a clear, confident communicator who builds trust easily, and you know how to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • You take full ownership of your work — from spotting opportunities to improve processes to seeing them through to execution
  • You’re fluent in English and Ukrainian

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & offboarding. Crafting seamless experiences for new joiners and thoughtful transitions for those moving on
  • Performance & development. Facilitating performance evaluations, salary reviews, and growth conversations that are meaningful and impactful
  • Employee engagement. Running surveys and feedback sessions that lead to real change — not just data
  • HR systems navigation. Assisting employees in utilizing the HiBob platform and managing access controls via Jira
  • Event coordination. Organizing team-building activities, business trips, and conference participations
  • Process development. Designing and refining HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience
  • Employee support. Serving as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns

Preferred Qualifications

You have experience working in a mid-sized company (around 50–150 people)
