Summary
Join Apollo.io as a People Business Partner, strategically partnering with LatAm teams, primarily go-to-market members. You will align business objectives with people strategies, focusing on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and inclusive culture. Key responsibilities include organizational design, talent development, performance management, and acting as the primary HR contact for the Mexico City office. This role requires at least 5 years of HRBP experience in LatAm, specifically Mexico and Colombia, along with a BA/relevant degree and strong leadership skills. Requirements
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with senior leaders with a strong focus on LatAm (specifically Mexico and Colombia)
- BA or other relevant degree
- Ability to establish relationships and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives
- Proven track record demonstrating agility in an ever changing and growing business context
- Strong bias for action with ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and remain resilient in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn, grow and tackle expanded duties as business needs evolve
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to take sizable problems and break them into small manageable pieces
- Ability to handle ambiguity with ease
- Ability to work both tactically and strategically to get business needs met
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, and skilled in use of Google Suite - Docs, Sheets and Slides
Responsibilities
- Provide partnership and support in the areas of organizational design, organizational development including succession strategy, talent development and employee engagement
- Identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
- Identify and develop key talent and ensure they are provided with experiences that enable development and retention
- Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback
- Align with the business leaders and broader HRBP team to deliver key initiatives & special projects β Contribute to company-wide programs that drive employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and continuous process improvement to the business, including Engagement Survey, Bi-annual performance review cycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR and people-related matters in our Mexico City office
