Summary
Join Limble as a People Business Partner and partner with leaders to strategically elevate our People function in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will leverage your collaboration and communication skills to coach leaders, drive engagement, support change management, and execute on organizational goals. This role involves managing employee relations, driving key initiatives, supporting compensation and performance reviews, assisting with change management, partnering with Enablement on training programs, analyzing people metrics, championing inclusivity, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS organization, and possess strong strategic and operational capabilities. Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources or People Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS organization
- Expertise in supporting managers with employee relations, change management, and creating inclusive work environments
- Ability to support remote teams across multiple states
- Strong balance of strategic and operational capabilities, with a track record of driving initiatives that impact culture and performance
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- A flexible and adaptive mindset, thriving in the ambiguity of a high-growth startup environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and managers across the organization by ensuring people strategies align with best practices and organizational objectives
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance to employees and managers on sensitive personnel matters with a focus on fostering a positive employee experience
- Drive adoption of key initiatives, including career track development, performance management, employee engagement surveys, and talent mapping
- Support our compensation and performance review process, maintaining alignment with our values while promoting growth and accountability
- Assist with change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company goals
- Partner with Enablement to refine and deliver tailored onboarding and ongoing training programs, including management development initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze people metrics and trends provide actionable recommendations to maintain high levels of productivity and retention
- Champion inclusivity, collaborating with leadership to create an equitable and transparent workplace
- Partner with Legal and People leadership to maintain compliance with company and regulatory policies and processes
Benefits
- $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
