Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a true HR business partnering role with executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success working with engineering and technical teams
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex change initiatives
- Strong commercial judgment with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- High adaptability and comfort operating independently in fast-paced, remote environments
- Flexibility on working hours essential to support global regions including APAC and EMEA
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across regions and functions
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders across key global functions
- Provide coaching and counsel on leadership, organizational health, and strategic change
- Influence decisions by leveraging data, business insight, and people-first principles
- Lead org development initiatives that improve agility, collaboration, and clarity
- Develop strategies to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across operations
- Shape and guide organizational change and transformation efforts
- Drive performance management and engagement strategies using tools like Lattice
- Lead succession planning and workforce strategy for high-priority teams
- Design and execute follow-up action plans based on engagement insights
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering to generate data and insights that drive business decisions
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of documentation using platforms like BambooHR and Google Suite
- Maintain a strong operational rhythm while balancing strategic and tactical needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting functions like operations, legal, compliance, finance, or marketing
- Coaching certification or experience facilitating talent processes (e.g., 9-box, IDPs)
- Experience scaling people practices across global teams and regions
