Requirements

• During your studies, ideally with a focus on HR, you would like to gain practical experience in talent acquisition management and have up to 12 months of time for this
• Ideally, you already have initial professional experience in HR, for example through a working student position or an internship
• Your work style is independent and structured, and you impress with your reliability
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
• You are also characterized by your friendly and confident demeanor and your reliability
• Your profile is rounded off by your very good German and English skills

Responsibilities

• Gain insights into national and international recruitment processes of our media network in the DACH region
• Continuously interact with our candidates, coordinate interviews, and support in ensuring a good candidate experience
• Support in creating job postings and targeted publication on various portals
• Further topics and projects (e.g., organization of recruiting events)
• Support the team in employer branding activities - especially in the area of university marketing
