People Insights and Analytics Lead

Summary

StackAdapt is seeking a dynamic and experienced People Analytics Lead to join their People and Culture team. This role will involve partnering with various teams, creating and executing a roadmap for the People Analytics function, and using tools like Looker or Tableau to build out dashboards and other analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in People Analytics, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines
• Experience working with AWS, Github, and MySQL, bonus for experience with Snowflake

Responsibilities

• Partner with People & Culture, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and People Business Partners to inform program decisions through high-impact insights
• Create and execute a roadmap for the People Analytics function at StackAdapt
• Design and deliver analytical solutions and relevant insights through dashboards and reports to answer key business questions
• Partner with the Data Science team to establish data governance, policy, and storage of sensitive people data
• Partner with the Talent Development team to design and deliver surveys to collect employee experience data throughout the employee lifecycle (from hire to offboarding)
