Requirements

  • Strong data analysis skills: Excel / Google Sheets wizard
  • Expert SQL knowledge
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis-heavy roles
  • Experience with Looker/LookML or other data visualization tools

Responsibilities

  • Mining our data for insights that inform critical decisions and help us improve our products
  • Defining KPIs, building dashboards and other tools that help us monitor them, and rolling them out to our organization
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to enable strategic decision making
  • Interfacing directly with affiliates to ensure our partnerships are successful
  • Supporting our Operations team as they help our licensed insurance sales agents become maximally effective
  • Helping our product and engineering teams prioritize projects and evaluate their success, including A/B tests

Preferred Qualifications

Fintech / insurtech / insurance industry experience is a plus
