Requirements
- You communicate effortlessly in native-level German as well as very good English
- You possess a great working knowledge of German HR, administration, and legal topics
- You are extremely detail-oriented and have an eye for optimizing administrative processes
- You are a proficient MS Office user, in particular MS Excel user
- You fully identify with our culture and feel comfortable representing it
- You enjoy a certain level of repetitiveness, which challenges you to make processes more efficient and scalable
- You care deeply about employee well-being and always act in a service-oriented manner
- You address problems in a solution-oriented way
- You possess outstanding organizational skills and can prioritize and effectively handle day-to-day business parallel to long-term projects
- 3-5 years of HR Experience, including familiarity with HR information systems
Responsibilities
- Serve as a competent contact person for all our employees
- Own management and administration of relevant HR systems and tools
- Own the monthly payroll preparation and handle employee inquiries
- Create and manage HR administration such as work contracts, letters of references and similar, working closely with our legal and accounting departments
- Generate an optimal employee experience and help to foster a positive workplace culture
- Advise on issues around residence and work permits, prepare necessary documents
- Plan and implement HR-related projects relevant to our Core HR topics and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- BambooHR is a plus
- Google Sheets is a plus
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent German and English
- A proactive, solutions-oriented and hands-on attitude and work ethic
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and think outside the box
