Requirements

  • Proven experience managing people, ideally in a remote or distributed setting
  • Expertise in workforce planning and scheduling
  • Strong background in implementing and managing performance management systems and processes and setting up KPIs and using data to monitor, evaluate, and improve team performance
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training talent
  • Experience developing and optimizing workflows to improve team productivity and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to handle workforce crises or conflicts, such as attrition spikes, underperformance, or scaling challenges

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing workforce planning, including scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution
  • Ensuring that the workforce is adequately resourced to meet business needs, including recruiting and setting up onboarding and training programs
  • Setting up and maintaining performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to monitor individual and team productivity
  • Providing leadership in performance reviews, goal setting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Streamlining workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Managing tools, platforms, or systems used by teams (e.g., workforce management software, communication tools)
  • Working closely with leadership to align workforce strategy with company objectives
  • Collaborating with other departments like Customer Success, Sales, or Product to support workforce-related needs
  • Fostering a strong company culture and ensuring team engagement, especially in remote or distributed settings
  • Implementing initiatives to improve team member satisfaction, retention, and well-being
  • Leveraging data and analytics to forecast workforce needs, measure team performance, and drive strategic decisions
  • Identifying trends and making recommendations to improve overall workforce efficiency
