Responsibilities

  • Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to leverage people operations practices and process contribution to the business
  • Provide leadership and coaching to on people-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and employee communication best practices
  • Support engagement and experience oversight in developing robust onboarding and insightful offboarding programs
  • Provide guidance and expertise on policies and procedures
  • Ensure practice compliance relative to required legal and labor practices
  • Provide partnership on role development and specifications to hiring managers and the talent acquisition team
  • Oversee benefits programs, best practice processes
  • Play an integral role in company culture, fostering engaged teams, innovation, productivity, and a sense of purpose and ownership
  • Support employee development, performance management, and workforce planning, reinforcing a strong performance culture
  • Work closely with leadership to proactively address organizational issues

We are seeking an individual who is a seasoned, broad-based HR management professional with diverse experience in policy, programs and practices that support, engage and promote career development and community building. As well as, being hands-on from a daily operations perspective, the ideal candidate will have a strategic and continuous improvement mindset to enable the company to scale and to attract, retain and develop the best talent.

This role will be based in the UK team with oversight for people operations and staff in our other EU countries.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):
