Requirements

  • 5+ years of related People Operations Business Partnership experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for making a direct impact on business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to drive organizational change
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and global HR compliance
  • Familiarity with global HCM platforms, preferably Workday
  • Experience working in collaboration and productivity tools including Confluence and JIRA

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage employee engagement initiatives such as team-building events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms
  • Partner with leaders to support employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and leadership development
  • Provide direct support to junior and senior leaders, offering tailored guidance on people-related challenges
  • Oversee employee offboarding, ensuring compliance and seamless transitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our new hire onboarding experience, including milestone check-ins, new hire plans, orientation programs, and functional onboarding
  • Lead performance management efforts, continuous feedback programs, and career development initiatives
  • Partner with leadership and TA to develop competency models, career paths, development programs, and leadership training
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to shape future programs and improve the employee experience
  • Support HR operational efforts such as job leveling for compensation structures
  • Support change management efforts to ready a high-growth startup for large-scale HR operational change including the implementation of a new HRIS
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and best practices, including international HR considerations

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR, SPHR or equivalent certification
  • Experience supporting change management for large-scale HR technology and operations transformations
