Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a demonstrated track record in global recruitment and managing a global remote team
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and background as a proven problem solver
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about engaging with people to help them succeed
  • A fun, approachable personality; easy to get along with, but driven and focused
  • Team player and humble attitude
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (additional languages a plus)
  • Strategic thinker able to envision and execute long-term goals

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a global recruitment strategy based on knowledge of local job boards, cost of living, and average compensation levels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience at all stages, and that we attract, hire, and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds and locations
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding plans to educate new hires on company culture, organizational structure, HR policies, and internal procedures, tailoring content to different global locations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that comply with global regulations and support our company's culture and goals
  • Create employee engagement and coaching plans, initiating and planning team-wide morale-boosting activities with a focus on inclusivity and cultural sensitivity
  • Oversee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to promote growth and development
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage and enhance our compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Manage third-party HR-related vendors, such as PEOs with experience in selecting and managing vendors in multiple countries
