Summary

Join Mursion as the Revenue Operations Lead and build, optimize, and manage systems, processes, and analytics to drive revenue growth. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to uncover insights that increase revenue. This role requires a data-driven, process-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The compensation is $110,000-$150,000 base salary, plus bonus and options. You will develop and implement scalable revenue operations processes, manage forecasting and pipeline management, and collaborate with various teams to align on KPIs and improve workflows. You will also manage the GTM tech stack, ensure data integrity, and leverage analytics for insights. Finally, you will enable sales and GTM teams with training and tools to improve productivity.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM functions in high-growth SaaS or B2B companies
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM —administration, optimization, and best practices (required)
  • Experience managing and integrating GTM tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIN SalesNavigator, Coefficient, GSuite, etc
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Highly process-oriented mindset with experience streamlining GTM workflows and automation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, aligning Sales, Marketing, and CS around shared goals
  • Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment focused on growth
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including software procurement and implementation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable revenue operations processes that align with company and department goals
  • Partner with leadership to drive GTM strategy, optimize revenue processes, and support strategic decision-making
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management processes, ensuring visibility and accuracy in revenue performance
  • Manage lead assignment and routing, AE account book design, and sales rules of engagement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support sales compensation planning by providing data-driven insights and ensuring alignment with revenue objectives
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and CS leaders to align on shared KPIs, workflow improvements, and customer experience goals that ultimately increase conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Partner with marketing to operationalize campaign management, track funnel performance, and ensure clean handoff between marketing and sales
  • Own & optimize the GTM tech stack —HubSpot CRM and marketing automation (required), ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn SavesNavigator, Co-efficient, and other GTM tools
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and hygiene, establishing best practices for data accuracy and compliance, including enrichment, deduplication, and segmentation
  • Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights for pipeline optimization, retention strategies, and revenue forecasting
  • Create and maintain dashboards that surface performance trends, forecast accuracy, funnel conversion, and revenue attribution. Deliver insights to GTM leadership to inform strategy
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including recommendation, preliminary negotiation, implementation, upkeep and renewal of revenue technology tools
  • Enable Sales & GTM teams with training, tools, and insights that improve productivity and execution
  • Support enablement and training initiatives, ensuring proper adoption of tools, processes, and reporting best practices
  • Enhance sales and renewal forecasting to support strategic planning and growth acceleration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL, Python, or scripting tools for automation
