Summary

Join Ontra, a global leader in AI legal tech, as a People Operations Specialist. Empower our workforce by enhancing and maintaining our dynamic systems, programs, and processes. Act as Tier 1 People support and contribute to wide-scale projects and programs. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong experience with ATS and HRIS, and proficiency in data analysis. Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in relevant roles
  • System Proficiency: Strong experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Project Contribution: Actively participate in large-scale HR projects, providing support and insights to drive successful outcomes
  • Process Management: Support the development and enhancement of People-related processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Program Assistance: Aid in the implementation and maintenance of HR programs, ensuring they align with company policies and objectives
  • System Maintenance: Ensure the People systems and tools are regularly updated and running smoothly to support the organization's HR functions
  • Tier 1 People Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to People-related questions or issues
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement within the People ecosystem, suggesting and helping implement enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Rippling is preferred
  • Understanding of traditional HR functions, including benefits, payroll, and compliance, is preferred
