Requirements

• 3+ years experience in HR analytics, preferably experience of setting up HR analytics from scratch
• Strong exposure to HRIS, Google Suite and data visualisation tools
• Self-driven and highly organised, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with excellent asynchronous communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned employee lifecycle touchpoints across India and US using a remote-first approach
• Maintain people metrics and dashboards and all relevant data repositories and analyse trends to translate data into real-time insights for stakeholders
• Audit and enhance existing people processes for efficiency at scale and ensure adherence to labour laws at all touchpoints and proactive research for mitigation of any potential legal or compliance risk
